I absolutely fell in love with CLT and other engineered wood materials, even though they have nothing to do with my field. Unless I start to make machine frames out of wood. Yep. I almost failed all my history classes. When I watch movies I can remember almost all the events that took place, but in text books they're just meaningless words with no emotion. Just some random person doing random things that lead to other random things. And after all that, what they wanted me to focus on WHEN it happened..Now I go to historical sites and I see, touch and feel it. I can watch movies that show how they felt and make me understand why they did it from an emotional level.. Most of history seems to be based more on emotion that anything else, so it's weird that they make it so emotionless.
