There is 0 evidence to support the claim that he was there to incite violence (that's not to say that's not why he might have really been there to do, but we can't know that based on the evidence we have available as of right now). Didnt he commit crimes just by bringing his gun there (crossing a state border?), and by carrying it in public (as a minor?). There WAS no reason for him to be there. The cops were there. Armed vigilantes just cause more problems, as clearly shown by this idiot. Yeah, the cops should be even better trained - in de-escalating situations and such without using guns/violence, that would most likely solve A LOT of the problems, but these "millitia"/wannabe-cops/violence-romancing gun-nuts, they are several levels below the cops in that sort of training, and THAT is what you really need in such situations.
