Ugh, there was You And Me We Got This Gallery Wrapped Framed Canvas Prints Shirt one scout that had his whole eagle project thrown out. He was going to do some work on a baseball field or something but his dad, trying to help, got his contractor business involved. The company basically did a community charity project and put the guys name on it. They asked him what he personally actually put his hand on and when he couldn’t come up with something, they tossed it all out and said he’d have to start from scratch. He quit shortly afte. Getting your parents to pay their employee's to do the work and then having them write it off is not exactly in the spirit of the Eagle. I got mine by doing child identification packets (pictures/descriptions/fingerprints). I didn't physically do the packet creation while the project was going since the point of the project was/is to build yourself as a leader. I guess you could say he led by finding a professional company to do the job, but that's pretty near akin to cheating if you ask me. I was going to say the same. When I and the others in my troop were going for Eagle I remember there was a strong emphasis on leadership and lasting impact.
