People leave carts out, others put them in. There’s no disclaimer saying they are responsible for putting carts in a cart coral. So to be this annoying is just annoying. Unless you put a disclaimer on all shopping carts saying that you are responsible for putting the carts back, then you can’t go around enforcing this shit. Yes it is inconsiderate when people do it, but that’s why people are paid to collect carts in a parking lot.
