So the story should open with Captain Marvel chasing down some space villain (no idea who, it doesn't especially matter), and the fight starts wrecking buildings and of course Spider-Man is there because shit's going down and he's a hero, so he rushes out to investigate and he starts saving people from the carnage that Captain Marvel is causing, and he eventually manages to get between Captain Marvel and the villain, allowing them to get away.
