To see yourself change so much physically has to really mess with your mind too. RIP.Can confirm. I got down to 105 lbs, shrunk from 5'11" to 5'9", lost all the hair on my body, my outer layer of skin turned to giant nasty flakes that came off all the time, constantly bloodshot eyes from vomiting.... When my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer I have never felt my stomach drop so hard in my life. My dad just said "oh" and kept staring at the ground. That shock is something I hope no one has to go through.It’s such a horrible feeling. It all kicked off when I had to call for a wellness check on my mom and the EMT I was talking to goes “Do you know what kind of cancer it is?” and I’m pretty sure I almost passed out. I had no idea.It’s awful. My mom had lung cancer the worst part for me was that she lost her voice. She’d always been so outspoken and we talked all the time about all kinds of stuff.
