My husband and It’s Never A Mannequin Vintage Shirt I lived together before marriage and he’s really good about splitting chores. We got married in the Catholic Church (to shut up relatives but what a PAIN) and were the only couple who lived together at the mandatory pre-marriage workshop weekend. There were a lot of activities meant to work out who would do what chores that we aced and they said “it sounds easy, but wait till you move in.” Once we told them we have been living together for 4 years they kind of just ignored us and let us sit most if it out. Then at the next appt with the priest he told us to get twin beds until the wedding. Huh. I moved in with my boyfriend for a while this year and we wash the dishes together in the exact same way, and spend the whole time complaining about our family’s terrible dish washing skills. I think he’s the one lol. I met my husband when I was 15, he was 17, 20yrs later & 2 kids & one stroke (he had a stroke in March, he’s 95% recovered), I still can’t watch him do dishes. He can’t watch me drive. He says I drive like I’m 90, I’m slow. Our daughter (16) does dishes correctly because I showed her how.
