I've never heard of anyone being kicked out of scouts for being an atheist, but you're going to have to deal with religious pandering if you're in the scouts.To be reverent doesn't have to mean to be religious, it also means to have respect. The amount of religion they integrate probably depends on where you live tbh. Where I live, in almost every troop the most religious we'd get was praying before eating.
