There are still some things he does I don't understand (like putting all of one kind of silverware in one spot instead of distributing them evenly), but I've learned to let that go. At least he doesn't put plastics and other delicates on the bottom anymore. My friends dad would always just toss shit in the dishwasher without pre washing so you’d always pull knives caked in peanut butter out and stuff.
