I tell my girlfriend Trump 2020 Keep America Great Shirt every single day she needs to rinse off the chunks of food before putting the dishes into the dishwasher. She'll either forget to do that or she'll just lay the plates in the sink and the food will get hard and stuck. It's gotten to the point where I'm the only dishwasher of the house. Dishes/Surfaces are never properly cleaned after my SO does them, and he chucks clothes on the drying rack at random angles while they're still scrunched up so it's either 2 hours of ironing or re-wash the whole lot. I'm convinced he's just doing it badly so that I don't ask him to do it ever again. My poor spouse was distraught because she missed a huge black burnt oil bit on the bottom. But she's blind and that shit was not tactile. She usually does a great job. Fortunately we were able to get it taken care of even though I kept trying to remind her that it was just a pan and still fully functional. On the bright side, it was kinda eye opening (pun intended) for me dealing with a single layer of what on cast iron is seasoning. I was already of the opinion that modern day soaps are fine on cast iron, but now I will die on that hill.
